Fabulous 10 minute Fish Curry from Josh Niland

Ingredients in store (for 3 persons)

1x Fish Butchery Native Curry Sauce

3x Fish Butchery King Fish Fillets

1x Broccoli

1x Asparagus

1x Green Beans 250grm

1x Cocktail Potato 500grms

1x Bunch Coriander

1x Lime

Recipe

– Bring curry sauce to a simmer in a pot
– Add vegetables and cook until tender
– Return to the boil then remove the pot from the heat
– Add your fish fillets whole and place lid on the saucepan
– Cook for approx. 5-6mins off the heat
– Serve with steamed jasmine or brown rice
– Top with coriander leaves and lime wedges
