Jump into Summer with the first Cherries of the season coming from country Griffith. Also Asparagus is fantastic at the moment and our very own Kensington Pride Mangoes are juicy and sweet. They come from all the way Katherine, NT.
Take advantage of our Cherries special this week and whip up this Fresh Cherry Champagne Mojito. It’s a sure thing to keep you cool on these hot Sydney days.
FRESH CHERRY CHAMPAGNE MOJITOS
- 5 pitted cherries
- 4-6 mint leaves
- ½ oz lime juice
- dash of Lime Cordial
- ½ oz rum
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Throw your cherries and mint leaves into a drinking glass.
- Muddle cherries and mint leaves with your lime juice and lime cordial.
- Add rum and stir.
- Fill your glass with crushed ice.
- Top off your glass with champagne, then stir gently to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.
- Enjoy immediately
